Please note that custom apparel costs more to design and manufacture. We charge a design fee of $ 9.99 per customized item.


 

Process:

  1. Select design
  2. Select size
  3. Upload artwork
  4. Add to cart 
  5. Add customization instructions in “Order Notes” box
  6. Checkout
  7. We will send you a proof via the email provided at checkout. 
  8. After you approve the proof, your order will be sent to production.

Are there photo requirements?

  1. PNG or JPEG file formats only
  2. Minimum 300 DPI
  3. Portrait style

 

I forgot to upload my photo. What should I do?

  • No problem! 
  • Please email Customer Service your image along with your order number, and we will have the artwork uploaded to your account.

 

Can I add customization instructions at checkout?

  • Yes!
  • We provide an “Order Notes” box at checkout so you can add customization instructions.

 

Can I request edits to my proof?

  • Yes! 
  • Our pricing includes ONE edit per customizable item in an order.

 

I received the proof, but I do not like the design. Can I cancel my order?

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your design, you may cancel your order; however, you forfeit all design fees.

  

How do I cancel my order?

  • Please email Customer Service to cancel your order.

 

When will I receive my custom order?

  • When you receive your custom order depends largely on how quickly you work with the artist to approve your proof.
  • For general delivery times, please read our Shipping Policy.

 

Can I exchange or return Custom apparel?

  • Please always check that you've placed your order correctly: sizes, colors, quantities, and especially the address.
  • Due to the personal nature of custom products, we do not accept exchanges or returns on custom items unless they are defective (NOT damaged) through our fault.
  • Please read our Returns/Exchanges policy for more details.

 

Can I submit copyrighted images/logos?

  • Absolutely not!
  • All submissions must be taken by the customer. If we suspect your submission is not an original, your order will be canceled and refunded in full.

 

 

 

Notes:

  1. We cannot guarantee exact placement and/or pattern alignment.
  2. It is not possible to perfectly align patterns or images from front to back.
  3. Please always check that you've placed your order correctly: sizes, artwork, quantities, and especially the address.
  4. Please read Returns/Exchanges policy before purchasing custom apparel.
