Shipping policy

You will typically receive your order in 4-5 weeks from the date of purchase. This is only an estimated delivery time; your order may arrive earlier or later depending on external factors outside our control (delays on the part of the shipping carrier, customs clearance, port closures, etc).

 

Estimated Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately. With this short time frame, it is difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we will do our best to support your request.

Note: PayPal orders marked pending need an additional 5-10 days to be verified.

 

PRODUCTION TIMES:

All our products are created on demand and cut and sewn by handto keep costs low and save you money! Due to the print on demand nature of our business, it can take 2-3 weeks to produce your order. Then you need to add shipping time on top of that

Yes! We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes! You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

If tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the issue. We are not liable for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged orders.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME”.

Some shipping carriers take 2-5 business days to update the tracking information in the online system. If there is still no tracking information within 5 days, please contact us at support@UTVoffroads.com.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE MAILED IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages; however, we will do our best to mail your order in one package.

 

UTVOFFROADS.COM IS not RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • International Duties or Customs charges.
  • Products that are delayed, lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate delayed, lost, stolen or damaged orders.
  • Wrong shipping address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he/she enters the shipping address correctly at checkout. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you notice an error in your order confirmation, please email us at support@UTVoffroads.com ASAP! We will do our best to update the address; however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
