If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or return. 

Please read our entire exchange and return policies before mailing us returns. By mailing us your return, you are stating you understand and agree to our policies.

Please use the portal link below or email support@UTVoffroads.com prior to mailing items; otherwise we will be unable to process your request, and you will not receive an exchange or refund. Unauthorized exchanges/returns will not be returned to customer.

EXCHANGES:

We only accept items defective through our fault. We are not liable for damage caused during shipping or by the buyer. Please contact the shipping carrier to process a claim for damages caused during shipping.

Please mail the item(s) to be exchanged to us within 15 days of the delivered date. The returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

Items that do not meet the stated criteria will not be considered for exchange and an exchange will not be issued. Unauthorized exchanges will not be returned to customer. 

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return items. Purchasing tracking information is highly recommended for proof of shipment. UTVoffroads is not liable for lost returns without proof of shipment.

Once we receive and approve the item(s) for exchange, we will process the exchange. Exchange times vary by location. It can take up to 5 weeks to complete an exchange.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Accessories
  • Custom orders
  • Bulk/Wholesale orders

 

RETURNS: 

  • Any item (except accessories, custom orders, and bulk/wholesale orders) must be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

REFUNDS:

Once a return is received and inspected, we will email the buyer of the approval or rejection of the return. 

If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once issued, UTVoffroads has no control over when refunds will arrive. We are NOT liable for late or missing refunds. If a refund is not reflected within 7-10 business days, please contact the bank or card issuer. 

NOTE: Shipping charges on purchases are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
