How do I use the shopping cart?

  • Fill your cart by clicking "Add to cart" for each item you wish to order.
  • Click on the Cart icon to review your order.
  • You can increase or decrease the quantity of an item with the + and – buttons.
  • Clear items from your cart by clicking "X".

 

How do I place an order?

  • Click on an item to view it.
  • Choose options (color, size, etc.). Then click "Add to cart."
  • Click on the Cart icon.
  • Check your order and click "CHECK OUT."
  • Fill in the requested information.
  • Remember to use your discount code if you have one.
  • Select your shipping method.
  • Continue to the payment method.
  • You've successfully ordered from our website!

 

How can I pay for my order?

  • We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Amazon Pay, and PayPal. All payment information entered on our site is confidential and secure.
  • When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you'll be redirected to PayPal's site to complete your order. You can check the status of your payment by logging in to your PayPal account.
  • We do not offer cash on delivery (COD)
  • We cannot accept money orders, cashier’s checks, or IOU’s.
  • We do not accept crypto currencies.

 

How can I change the currency?

  • You can check product prices in your currency with our currency converter. The converter is in the top right corner of every screen. Payment transactions are in USD.

 

Is it possible to pay in a currency other than US dollars?

  • No, every payment is executed through bank transactions in USD. You can change the currency view in the top right corner of any screen. This is for your reference only. At checkout, your total will be displayed in USD.

     

    How do I use a discount code?

    • You can apply the discount code when checking out. Just enter the code in the “Add a discount code or a gift card” field. If the code does not work, it may have expired or your cart may not meet the code’s requirements. Please email Customer Service if you need further help with discount codes.

     

    Can I change my order (size, color, etc.)?

    Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

    • As soon as you submit your payment, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received an email, first check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Otherwise, please email Customer Service to have a new confirmation email sent.

    • We are based in the United States with manufacturing facilities in various locations, including USA, Vietnam, Europe, and elsewhere in Asia.

     

    Can I see your merchandise in person at a local store?

    • No, we're exclusively an online shop.

     

     

    Product information and Product Issues

     

    What is dye sublimation printing?

    • Sublimation is a quick and effective printing process that allows users to add custom-made graphics to products. The process has two steps. 
    • First we begin by printing the mirror image of the desired graphics onto transfer paper.
    • Once printed, the transfer paper enters into a heat press with plain polyester fabric. The heat press warms up to 370⁰ F and transforms the dye from solid to gas. Man-made materials like polyester fabrics contain polymers that when heated enable the bonding of ink, allowing the image to become a part of the fibers of the substrate. 
    • Our printers use a four-color printing process which mixes Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK) inks. The colors produced with CMYK inks have more vivid and brilliant colors than other screen-printing practices. 
    • The sublimation process produces long lasting color. Images printed on fabric won't fade even after multiple washing.
    • Because of the heat required during transfer, printed fabrics do not require any drying time, which significantly reduces the production time.

     

    Why do the colors on the product I ordered look slightly different from those on a screen?

    • Due to different screen resolutions and a device's ability to display colors, product colors may vary in person from those shown on a screen. 
    • Slight color variations from screen to in person are not considered a defect. 

     

    Are items in U.S. sizes?

    • Yes, our items are in U.S. sizes.
    • Our sizing usually runs larger compared to other brands.
    • Please always check sizing charts for each product to ensure you order the correct size. Our sizing may vary from other apparel companies as well as across products, depending on manufacturer.
